The History of Hoyt Signs

Hoyt Signs, established in 1972, takes pride in offering our clients artistically designed and finely crafted signage. We specialize in carved and dimentional signs finished with 23 karat hand gilded gold leaf. We apply our gilding skills to emergency and fire vehicles, tombstones, monuments, and Victorian architectural embellishments.

About Scott

In an age when someone with little or no experience in sign making is able to simply purchase computerized equipment and set up shop, Scott has distinguished himself by having had extensive training and experience in sign design and creation, blending “old world” craftsmanship with the latest technology.

He attended Butera School of Art in Boston, MA, and is a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Technology (Penn State) in graphic arts and sign making. Now celebrating 46 years in business, Scott has maintained his commitment to offering the public artistically designed and finely crafted signs at a fair price.
